This is to announce that SAKURA JAPAN K.K. (Headquarters: Tokyo, hereinafter “SAKURA JAPAN”), which specializes in gold-stabilized FT/NFT businesses globally (with an emphasis on the stability of value of our FTs/NFTs that is based on actual demand), and METAVERSE LTD (Headquarters: Federated States of Micronesia), which promotes Metaverse-related business globally, are preparing to set up a Metaverse platform business in Japan. Both parties have decided on the following name for the project: "OUGON ZAKURA 1-1-1 (One-One-One) PROJECT".
