What is KYC (Know Your Customer)?
Know Your Customer (KYC) checks require financial service providers to identify and verify their customers. This is done as part of their Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance efforts to combat financial crime and ensure customer due diligence.
KYC proactively combats criminal activity by collecting and verifying customer information. These checks improve trust in the industry and help financial service providers manage their risks.
When completing KYC, you may be asked to provide your:
- Government ID
- Passport

How do I complete identity verification?
1. Click the [Verify] button in the identity verification field

2. Enter user information in the basic information field
- Select Country or Region
- Enter Last Name and First Name
- Select ID Type (Identity Card / Passport)
- Enter ID Number or Passport Number
2-1. When you have completed all fields, click the [Next] button.
3. Please upload a photo for identification.

- Upload File Format: JPG / PNG
- Maximum file size: 8 MB
- Government-issued.
- Original size, unedited document.
- Place the document on a solid background.
- Easy-to-read, well-lit color image.
- No black and white images.
- No modified or expired documents.

3-3. When you have completed all uploads, click the [NEXT] button.
4. Your identity verification submission is complete.
- The review result will be notified within 1 to 2 days from the date of submission.
- If your status changes to Rejected or If you do not receive the screening result after 2 days, please contact Customer Support.
